Ward Home is a Christian based non-profit organization with the mission of assisting youth in achieving a wholesome and productive life. We are celebrating our 100th anniversary, which testifies to our commitment and results.
As we look forward to our next century of dedicated service to the community, we have recognized the need for upgrading our computer systems to achieve two primary goals. We need to track the effectiveness of our programs by measuring their progress in achieving established treatment goals and we need to ensure compliance with the Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
Our technology challenges included:
- We had poor communication links with our remote offices which limited their ability to complete their tasks
- Our existing technology was insufficient for meeting our current and future needs
- We had numerous "single-points-of-failure" that could "disable" the entire organization
Through a breakfast meeting hosted by the Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management, I discovered M2Technology. M2Technology conducted and in-depth needs analysis and proposed a comprehensive strategy and work schedule that eliminated all of the above issues. Implementing that proposal has given us a system that will not only support our short and long term technology needs, but will also secure our on-going technology requirements.
If your organization is faced with small or large Information Technology issues, I would strongly suggest you consider M2Technology as a proven solution. They bring a personalized touch to their work that makes the experience doubly rewarding.
Sincerely,
Robert Dickson
