We offer varying commitment levels, allowing you to choose an investment amount that is appropriate for your business.
Comprehensive Service Agreement:
The CSA provides your company the peace-of-mind of knowing its technology is current and running at peak performance. You’ve made a large investment—time and money has been spent to get your computer and network systems in place to meet your company’s needs. By proactively applying relevant patches and updates, you are ensured your systems are protected against vulnerabilities and other problems. In addition, under the CSA, you know that you will have timely response in the event of any problems or systems failure—all of this—one monthly agreement.
