How To Submit Your Request
If during the first 30 days after account activation you find our hosting services do not meet your needs, simply follow these steps:
- Submit a Support Ticket to our Billing Department requesting the 30 day money back guarantee. We will submit payment to your Credit Card on file and notify you of the transaction.
- Once your request has been processed, please login to your Client Portal account and submit a cancellation request.
Please Note: Web hosting account holders that have been suspended for violating the M2Technology Terms of Service Agreement (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), automatically forfeit their right to the 30 day money back guarantee.
