How to report email falsely detected as spam
M2Technology provides e-mail security by filtering all incomming messages through our MailFoundry servers. However, there may be times when messages are incorrectly flagged as Spam. If you encounter a message that has been falsely detected as spam please forward the message to:
notspam@mailfoundry.com
When you forward messages to the above e-mail addresses, they will be examined by human editors in order to update the Spam signatures that we receive. Our MailFoundry appliances will then be updated to allow future delivery attempts. Your assistance to help prevent false positives is certainly appreciated.
