If you are experiencing issues receiving E-mail from specific senders, we can add a White List entry for your account. We will add either the sender's address or domain to a whitelist entry that will immediately go into effect, allowing them to bypass the filtration system.
White Listing is meant to provide clients an immediate solution for RBL blocks and other potential issues with a senders' message and/or sending mail server — however, we strongly suggest that the block be removed by contacting the corresponding RBL organization and/or you submit an actual message toM2Technology for analysis.
To submit a new White List entry simply fill out the form below in its entirety. You may enter multiple senders (one per line) by either domain or E-mail address.
